  1.浴(yu)室觸電(dian)事故案(an)例及成因分(fen)析

  浴(yu)(yu)室是(shi)電擊事故(gu)多發(fa)的特別潮濕的場所,我(wo)國浴(yu)(yu)室內(nei)電擊致死事故(gu)時有發(fa)生(sheng)。

  1.1浴室觸電事故案例

  2016年10月29日,東莞理工(gong)學(xue)院粵臺(tai)產業科技(ji)學(xue)院一名16級男生鄧某在莞城(cheng)校區學(xue)生宿舍(she)2棟一房間洗澡(zao)時發生觸電。

  2018年3月7日凌(ling)晨,龍華(hua)觀瀾一男子(zi)倒臥在浴(yu)室,其妻子(zi)發現后立即打120求救(jiu),120到場搶救(jiu)無效后宣(xuan)告(gao)死亡,法醫初步查明,該男子(zi)為觸電(dian)身亡。

  2019年6月22日中午在深圳市龍華區某出租(zu)房(fang)內(nei)發生(sheng)一(yi)起(qi)意外事故(gu),一(yi)名90后(hou)女子沖涼時觸電,經搶救無效(xiao)死亡。

  浴(yu)室觸(chu)(chu)電導(dao)致(zhi)一(yi)個(ge)人(ren)(ren)死亡(wang),同(tong)時(shi)也(ye)導(dao)致(zhi)一(yi)個(ge)美好家(jia)庭的(de)(de)(de)(de)破滅(mie),網上(shang)和(he)報紙上(shang)對浴(yu)室觸(chu)(chu)電事(shi)故時(shi)有報道,那(nei)么浴(yu)室為什么是觸(chu)(chu)電事(shi)故多發場所(suo)呢?人(ren)(ren)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)大部(bu)分(fen)是由人(ren)(ren)體(ti)兩層表(biao)皮阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)所(suo)決定的(de)(de)(de)(de),在干(gan)燥場所(suo)人(ren)(ren)體(ti)阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)較大一(yi)般約為1800歐(ou)姆,在干(gan)燥場所(suo)人(ren)(ren)體(ti)安全電壓為50V。在浴(yu)室內人(ren)(ren)正(zheng)在洗(xi)澡的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候(hou),人(ren)(ren)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)皮被水濕透,此時(shi)人(ren)(ren)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)大大降低,十幾(ji)伏的(de)(de)(de)(de)電壓也(ye)有可能導(dao)致(zhi)人(ren)(ren)發生心(xin)室纖維性顫動而(er)死亡(wang)。

  1.2浴室觸電(dian)原因(yin)分析

  常見的(de)(de)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)安全事故包括電(dian)(dian)(dian)線老化、電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)、洗(xi)澡觸(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、插頭(tou)過熱起火這幾項。人(ren)(ren)(ren)體(ti)在浴室(shi)(shi)發(fa)生觸(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)原因是(shi)因為人(ren)(ren)(ren)體(ti)接觸(chu)到了不同(tong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位的(de)(de)帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)部分,從而(er)(er)有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓作用(yong)在人(ren)(ren)(ren)體(ti)上,造(zao)成有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流通過人(ren)(ren)(ren)體(ti),超過30mA的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流就可以(yi)使(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)發(fa)生心室(shi)(shi)纖維性顫動而(er)(er)死亡。造(zao)成人(ren)(ren)(ren)體(ti)接觸(chu)不同(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位的(de)(de)帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)部分的(de)(de)原因主(zhu)要以(yi)下幾點:

  (1)環境因素

  浴室較潮(chao)濕,水蒸以及塵埃易使電氣裝置絕緣度降低。在空氣干(gan)燥的(de)(de)(de)環境下(xia),人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)皮膚阻抗尚(shang)可(ke)抵(di)御50V左(zuo)右的(de)(de)(de)電壓不致電擊,但在潮(chao)濕的(de)(de)(de)環境下(xia)超過12V就可(ke)能造成觸電事故。因此(ci),當人(ren)站(zhan)立于(yu)潮(chao)濕地面或在浴池中觸及水管便可(ke)能引起(qi)觸電,淋浴時也會因跨步(bu)電壓而有麻電的(de)(de)(de)感覺。

  (2)施工不當

  現在有些裝(zhuang)修(xiu)工人比(bi)較業余,在裝(zhuang)修(xiu)浴(yu)室時拆掉業主家(jia)的(de)等電位,而(er)沒有等電位就(jiu)無法減小電位差,遇到(dao)漏(lou)電和雷(lei)擊就(jiu)非(fei)常容易(yi)導致觸(chu)電事故的(de)發生。

  (3)電線老化

  這也是老(lao)房子常見的問題,電線老(lao)化往(wang)往(wang)是絕緣層發生破損,在浴(yu)室這樣潮濕(shi)的環(huan)境(jing)中,很容易(yi)引發環(huan)境(jing)帶電從而導致(zhi)人體觸電。

  1.3.提高浴室安(an)全用電的(de)措施

  (1)使用正規合格(ge)的電器(qi)產品

  (2)浴(yu)室(shi)內局部(bu)等電位聯結

  對于浴(yu)室(shi)外金屬(shu)(shu)管道等(deng)(deng)引來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓引發的(de)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)事故比較(jiao)好的(de)方法是進行局部等(deng)(deng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位聯結。將浴(yu)室(shi)內所(suo)有的(de)金屬(shu)(shu)管道、金屬(shu)(shu)構件和PE線進行聯結,此(ci)時浴(yu)室(shi)內各(ge)個(ge)金屬(shu)(shu)之間的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位差(cha)為零。如果室(shi)外金屬(shu)(shu)管道或者(zhe)PE線等(deng)(deng)引來(lai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,此(ci)時整個(ge)浴(yu)室(shi)內電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓整體升(sheng)高到同一電(dian)(dian)(dian)位,浴(yu)室(shi)內不出現電(dian)(dian)(dian)位差(cha),人體也不會存在觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)危(wei)險。

  (3)正(zheng)確選擇、按照和使用RCD

  對于浴室使(shi)用電(dian)器漏(lou)電(dian)導致觸電(dian)事(shi)故,可以通過安裝(zhuang)RCD(剩余電(dian)流(liu)保護器),它的(de)額定動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)流(liu)不(bu)(bu)大于30mA,動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)時間不(bu)(bu)大于40ms。人(ren)體發(fa)生心(xin)室纖維性(xing)(xing)顫動(dong)而死(si)亡的(de)根本原因是通過人(ren)體的(de)電(dian)流(liu)大于30mA,即(ji)使(shi)人(ren)在洗澡時發(fa)生心(xin)室纖維性(xing)(xing)顫動(dong)的(de)電(dian)流(liu)也(ye)是30mA。同時,需(xu)要(yao)注意RCD是不(bu)(bu)適用于TN-C系統(tong)(tong),需(xu)要(yao)將TN-C系統(tong)(tong)改造為局部TN-C-S系統(tong)(tong)。安裝(zhuang)時注意接(jie)線不(bu)(bu)要(yao)接(jie)錯,如果把PE線和中性(xing)(xing)線接(jie)反時,發(fa)生了接(jie)地故障,RCD也(ye)會拒動(dong)。

  2.剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的原理及主要用途(tu)

  剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)是檢(jian)測剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu),將(jiang)剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)與基(ji)準值(zhi)相比(bi)較(jiao),當剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)超過基(ji)準值(zhi)時,發出一(yi)個機械(xie)開閉信號(使機械(xie)開關(guan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)脫扣或聲光(guang)報警裝置(zhi)(zhi)發出報警)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)。剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)通常(chang)與低(di)壓斷路(lu)器(qi)(qi)或低(di)壓接觸(chu)(chu)器(qi)(qi)等組(zu)成組(zu)合(he)式(shi)剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)保護裝置(zhi)(zhi),主要(yao)適用(yong)(yong)于交流(liu)50Hz,額定電(dian)(dian)壓400V及以下的(de)(de)TT和TN系(xi)統(tong)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)線路(lu),用(yong)(yong)來對電(dian)(dian)氣線路(lu)進行接地故(gu)障保護,防止接地故(gu)障電(dian)(dian)流(liu)引起的(de)(de)設備損壞和電(dian)(dian)氣火(huo)災事故(gu),也可用(yong)(yong)來對人身觸(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)危險(xian)提供(gong)間接接觸(chu)(chu)保護,因而可以在智能建筑供(gong)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)中廣泛應用(yong)(yong)。

  2.1 間接接觸電(dian)擊保護

  間(jian)(jian)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)擊(ji)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)的(de)措施是(shi)自(zi)動(dong)切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源。GB 13955“對間(jian)(jian)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)擊(ji)事故(gu)的(de)防(fang)護(hu)(hu)"規(gui)定:“間(jian)(jian)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)擊(ji)事故(gu)防(fang)護(hu)(hu)的(de)主要措施是(shi)采(cai)用自(zi)動(dong)切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)方式,以防(fang)止由于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)絕(jue)緣(yuan)損壞發(fa)生損壞事故(gu)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路發(fa)生絕(jue)緣(yuan)損壞造成接(jie)(jie)地故(gu)障。其故(gu)障電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)值小于(yu)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置的(de)動(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)值時(shi),應安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)剩余電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置。"研究表(biao)明,人體接(jie)(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)安全(quan)值為(wei)(wei) 50 V。為(wei)(wei)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)人身安全(quan),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置的(de)任何部(bu)(bu)分發(fa)生絕(jue)緣(yuan)故(gu)障時(shi),一(yi)旦接(jie)(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過 50 V 時(shi),需要在規(gui)定的(de)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)內自(zi)動(dong)切(qie)斷(duan)故(gu)障部(bu)(bu)分電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源。過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置受電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線路和設(she)備(bei)及(ji)自(zi)身動(dong)作(zuo)值限制(zhi),不能自(zi)動(dong)切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源。剩余電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置不受負(fu)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)影響,可與過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置配(pei)合使用,作(zuo)間(jian)(jian)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)擊(ji)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)。

  2.2 接地故(gu)障保(bao)護

  2.3 電氣火災保護(hu)

  電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)(huo)(huo)災(zai)通(tong)常由(you)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)短(duan)路(lu)引(yin)起(qi),電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)短(duan)路(lu)包括金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)性(xing)短(duan)路(lu)和電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)性(xing)短(duan)路(lu)。前者是帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)導體(ti)間(如相(xiang)與相(xiang)之間、相(xiang)與 N 線之間)短(duan)路(lu),多以高溫(wen)熔焊金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)為通(tong)路(lu),故障電(dian)(dian)流(liu)以千安計,高溫(wen)易(yi)(yi)使(shi)絕緣氧(yang)化(hua)而自燃,火(huo)(huo)(huo)災(zai)危險雖大,但可用帶(dai)短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護的(de)(de)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)(qi)和熔斷(duan)器(qi)(qi)保(bao)護,由(you)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)(qi)瞬(shun)時(shi)動(dong)作(zuo)切(qie)(qie)(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源,避免火(huo)(huo)(huo)災(zai)。后者是帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)導體(ti)對地短(duan)路(lu),多以電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)為通(tong)路(lu),故障電(dian)(dian)流(liu)雖小,但一方(fang)面電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)長(chang)時(shi)間延續(xu),局部(bu)溫(wen)度高,很(hen)容(rong)易(yi)(yi)點燃周邊可燃物質,引(yin)發火(huo)(huo)(huo)災(zai);另一方(fang)面,又不足以使(shi)一般斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)(qi)動(dong)作(zuo)跳閘切(qie)(qie)(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源。所以電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)性(xing)短(duan)路(lu)引(yin)起(qi)火(huo)(huo)(huo)災(zai)危險遠大于金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)性(xing)短(duan)路(lu)。帶(dai)剩余電(dian)(dian)流(liu)動(dong)作(zuo)保(bao)護功能的(de)(de)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)(qi)可在過電(dian)(dian)流(liu)保(bao)護裝置不動(dong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)情況下(xia)切(qie)(qie)(qie)斷(duan)保(bao)障電(dian)(dian)路(lu),防止電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)性(xing)短(duan)路(lu)引(yin)發的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)(huo)(huo)災(zai)。
